Below are some of the details of the changes to the website that will be released on 2/1/2019.


Allow commissioners to create teams and assign them to emails that are not yet in the system
Now commissioners can create teams and assign them to an email even if the email is not in our system. In doing so, the email owner will receive an email with a link to complete their account activation and access their team.

Team CSV Upload Capability
League commissioners can now create a CSV file with all of their teams and upload them into their league. They will have the option to upload teams with empty rosters, or teams with a complete list of golfers. The new upload page can be accessed from the league home and from the commissioner page of the league.

Speed up the team and transaction pages within the league interface
We implemented some performance improvements to the team page and the league transactions page. These two pages were executing poorly, and we have improved the speed significantly.

Bug Fixes

Fixed a bug that was causing teams to display as duplicates on the website
There was a bug that was causing duplicate team co-owners, which in turn caused duplicate teams to show up on user's team listings.

Implemented code to fix an unexpected error during Make the Cut golfer selection
In very specific cases when users would select Make the Cut picks, but didn't select their alternate selections, an unexpected error would occur.

Added code to prevent user accounts with teams from being removed
The process to clean up inactive user accounts would allow for the deleting of inactive accounts that had teams linked to them. In those cases, attempting to access that team would throw errors. We have prevented the removal of inactive accounts when they have teams tied to them.

Fixed an issue that was not updating usernames when the account email was updated
With the new login process, email addresses are also used as the account username. When a user changes their email address, it will now also update their username.
