How do I create the teams for my league and assign each team's golfers?

Option 1:
1. Make sure all team owners have created accounts on the website.
2. Go to the commissioner page in the league.
3. Click the "Create Team" button
4. Enter the team name and assign the email address or username of the account you want to assign the team to. Then click the "Create Team" button.
5. You will be redirected to the new team page. Click on "Turn commish mode on".
6. Select that team's golfers.
7. Click the "Save Changes" button.
8. Repeat for each team.

Option 2:
1. Go to the commissioner page in the league.
2. Click the "Upload Teams with CSV File" button
3. Follow the instructions on the page to upload teams by using a csv file.
