No Tiger, Phil, or Adam Scott this week but always fun to watch some match play. Hopefully some big names can advance to the weekend.

Who does everyone have this week for a winner?

What's your biggest 1st round upset? Sleeper?

I could see Kuchar repeating this year.

Sneds vs Webb
Day vs Horschel
Rory vs English
Garcia vs Haas

He didn't make my list, but I really like Horschel for the match play setting. That dude is super intense and I could see him getting fired up for a head to head match every day. I know all of these professionals are ultra competitive, but I get the sense that Horschel might be on another level when it comes to competitiveness.

It looks like McDowell might fight his way back once again today. Yesterday he won his last three holes to come back against Woodland. Now he has won 15 and 17 to make it all square against Matsuyama going into 18.

Some more nice matchups for tomorrow. A few I like:

Kuchar vs Speith - A battle of top Americans.
Sergio vs Fowler - This is a possible Ryder Cup matchup. Has Fowler found his game?
Mahan vs GMac - A rematch of the 2010 Ryder Cup clincher. Mahan looking for some revenge.

Nice pick with Day, Tony Redd! Sergio choked and was playing great golf to make give Day a match but oh well! Plenty of people must have used the draft kits because I had Day in the free event and still only took in the mid 30's for the week.

I am happy that match play is finished, every year I am not making good predictions of this event. Tried with Dustin Johnson, Mahan and Kuchar this year. I wanted to use Day instead of Kuchar because there was Spieth on hiws way. I was completely wrong...
