How does one go about tagging friends in the leagues, where you don't have to scoll thogh everyone. Our leagaue has 700 players and is impossible to find friends.

I will make note of this. In the future we plan to have search functionality added for finding teams and golfers. For the time being though, you can go to your team page, pick the "Show All Teams" option in the drop down list, then do a cntl+F to find the team name you want to look at. You can pretty much do the same thing on the standings page. (Just view all)
