Matt, Toner, & Jerod:

Maybe to make this board a little more informative, we have any injury topic page. That way we have weekly updates of who is maybe coming back off an injury, or have some info on the latest guys to withdraw from a previous tournament. For example, Matt Every withdrew last week. Do we know if was a minor injury or something that might keep him out awhile? I see he is not playing this week.

After doing a little research, Every withdrwew to an illness so it shouldn't be anything to worry about. But not everybody has time to check out injured golfers.

That news about Cantlay is disappointing to say the least. We had high hopes for him this season. Looks like we won't get to see him play until next season.

It looks like Cantlay will be teeing it up next week at the Byron Nelson.

From the wonderful new pgatour.com website:

Patrick Cantlay, once the world No. 1 amateur, seeks to end an eight-month layoff caused by a stress fracture in his back. The former UCLA standout hasn’t teed it up since taking runner-up at the Web.com Tour Finals opener last August, good enough to earn a PGA TOUR card
