As far as I can tell, you have to select a player to your team to see if they are NIF or not. Can this not be indicated on the main player list for the upcoming event? ie. Right now, it would indicate any player as NIF if they are NOT playing the American Express? Or am I missing something?

Hi Richard, If you are making selections based on the upcoming event, then I think your league settings are probably incorrect. Leagues that select new golfers per event should only show golfers who are in the current field. Leagues that choose golfers for multiple events (for example, select your golfers once at the beginning of the season), will not limit to the current field. And since you are choosing a golfer for multiple events, the fact that they are in the next tournament's field is not taken into consideration.
If you are selecting new golfers each tournament, your league settings need to be updated to show only the current field golfers...

Hey Matt,
Thanks for the quick response and explanation. I get what you are saying. I will see if I can adjust my league settings accordingly and still get the desired setup.
Cheers, Richard

The last three tournaments I have selected a golfer on Tuesday or Wednesday that has then been a very late scratch in the field. I am signed up for all the field notifications but I was never notified for instance this week when Charles Howell III dropped out. Is there any way I can be notified - or other players - for late scratches?? What is the best thing to do?

We post all field changes on Twitter. That is probably the best place to look.
