cant find how to open standings

If you belong to a private league you simply click the "Standings" link when you are in your league. Although I looked up your account and you don't have any teams under your account (which means you don't belong to any leagues).
So for your case, I think you need to talk to the commissioner of your league and get the invite link from them. Or click the "Join Existing League" on the main dashboard page.
