I had a guy that wanted to pick Westwood for the 2021 Players Championship, but he wasn’t visible in the tier. We only have 2tiers, the top ten in tier A, and everybody else in tier B. The only filter that I have on is exempt players. Any ideas how this happened or how to resolve?

Hello,
It sounds like you created your own custom list of golfers. If you want Westwood as an available option for your league, you can go to the commissioner page and then click the "Update Golfers" link. From there you can add him.
