After updating and changing my roster for the tournament this week, I logged in this morning and the same team that was used for last weeks tournament is showing for the current week. I haven't had this happen before and most of the players showing aren't playing in the tournament this week. Is this just a system error? Can this be fixed?

If the same golfers were displaying from the previous week, that means that your selections were not saved to the database. Are you sure that you clicked the "Save Changes" button? And if so, did you see the green popup message stating that the changes were successfully saved? That green popup is what tells you that your selections have been successfully written to the database.
If this was a private league, I would advise you to speak with the commissioner of your league to discuss what can be done about the roster.
